Duties and Responsibilities:
Requirements:
- This position is part-time and it is work from home
- Making large amounts of outbound calls to potential customers
- Receiving inbound calls from potential and existing customers
- Ability to follow training method provided during your initial training
- Identify customer needs and provide solutions based on services we provide
Position Qualifications:
- Previous call center experience is preferred
- Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
- Customer focus and adaptability to different personality types
- Ability to set priorities and manage time effectively
