Job Description:
We are looking for a locums provider for a couple of months until we hire 2 new partners. There are a couple of interviews going on in Septemeber and we need coverage until they would actually start. Provider will rotate through the hospital or through one of our OP centers. There will be no hearts or call. Must be comfortable doing blocks, ambulatory type cases, ortho, gyn, and ent. Will cover housing and travel. They will look at permanent providers if they are able to do all types of cases. The downtown hospital is very busy and they do all types of cases including open hearts. Basic TEE skills needed but do not need to be certified. This would also entail a partnership track to be discussed with the chief.
