Job Title: Supv, Anesthesia ServicesDepartment Name: Anesthesia Location: Hillcrest Memorial Hospital Full/Part Time! : Full-time Shift: 4 -10 hour shifts with call Minimum Hourly Base Rate: 72.98 Job Number: 2013-4635 Job Description: Assists manager in coordinating non-patient care functions in the department. Executes performance evaluations on direct reports. Adheres to the established Corporate Compliance and regulatory agency standards. Coordinates, schedules and assigns staff to surgical and obstetrical procedures.
Assumes manager`s role and duties upon managers absence. Maintains clinical competency by engaging in Anesthesia practice. Job Qualifications: Master`s Degree in Anesthesia with two (2) years Nurse Anesthetist experience, current CRNA Certification and current License as an Advanced Practice Nurse by the SC State Board of Nursing-CRNA required. In lieu of education requirement, Anesthesia training and certification as a Nurse Anesthetist prior to 1995 and eight (8) years experience may be considered.
