WIll provide physical therapy to clients in their home environments. Will see ortho, cardiac, neuro, cardiopulmonary,vestibular, etc. Will see: hip and knee replacements, shoulders, backs, necks, MI's, Parkinson's, post CABG, balance,etc.
Evaluations and reevaluations, care plans, patient and family education, discharges, wheelchair, crutch and gait training, strengthening and conditioning, etc. City Description: Several locations. Good schools and Universities. Small cities to large cities!

Job Requirements: Prefer 2 years of experience as a Physical Therapist Job Schedule: MonFri 24/7 Salary: $48,000$72,000 Relocation: Possible sign on or relocation assistance Benefits: Excellent benefits include: Company Car with gas card, paid insurance and regular maintenance, 15 CEU's per year and Professional Dues, 7 paid Holidays, life insurance, etc. After 1 year eligible to participate in 401K. Can contribute up to 17% of annual salary. Company will match 50% of 5 %.
Additional Comments: Will see 30 patients per week. Average visit is 4045 minutes with 15 minutes for paperwork.
