Handles Customer Query Related to Visa and ensure that all the Information provided by Client is accurate.
Follow up with Clients for any pendency during the Visa Process.
Explain checklists through calls & emails to clients.
Documentation verification of clients.
Documentation/Form Filing Work of clients for Visa Process.
Convince and retain the Client in an effective manner.
Maintains database by entering, verifying, and backing up data.
