Description
Candidate is expected to teach multiple courses at the Nanotechnology and Nanoelectronics Engineering Program, in some of the following areas:
- Computer architecture and digital systems, testing and verification, with strong background in HDL
- FPGA flow and embedded systems
- Digital ASIC design from RTL to layout
- Analog / Mixed Signal / RF VLSI, behavioral Verilog-A modeling
- Custom IC Layout, Mask design, ASIC tape-out and Testing
- EDA tools
Successful candidate is expected to contribute significantly to the teaching activities in the University of Science and Technology. We are particularly interested in candidate who can initiate and carry out independent and collaborative research in the field of circuits, VLSI design and fabrication and process integration.
Qualifications and Courses
Candidate should hold a PhD degree in Electronics / Electrical Engineering, with focus on VLSI design.
