Job Description


The Head of People Potential & Organizational Development will be responsible for defining and leading the Global People Potential and Organization Development Strategy and driving the implementation of the related initiatives and strategic programmes across the organization.

This role would suit someone who is ready to step into a Leading Global role and has experience developing executing and implementing Talent, Leadership and Learning initiatives in a global, international and fast-pace environment. The incumbent will be a key team member of the People Leadership Team, will report to the Chief People Officer and work closely with VP People Partners to identify, design and execute key Talent, Leadership, Learning and Organizational development projects that support the company's strategic objectives. You will lead a motivated and engaged team who strive to cultivate a growth and performance driven culture.


THE CHALLENGE:


  • Unlock our people potential
    : You will be the thought leader and expert, bringing the latest research and trends into design and deliver innovative, fit-for-purpose Talent and Learning strategies, with the goal of developing our people potential in an innovative manner and to meet our business growth ambition

  • Drive Succession and Talent: You will continue to build and drive a robust approach to meet our succession and talent pipeline agenda, partnering with key stakeholders, and developing impactful leadership development journeys to strengthen out talent pipeline and build organizational capability

  • Anchor Performance Impact: You will be responsible for enhancing e our Performance Impact culture through relevant initiatives to drive a high performing organization and support business growth.

  • Strengthen Organization Leadership and Functional capabilities: You will drive the Learning and Development agenda and will have the opportunity to bring innovative approaches in in the way we learn, in particular:

  • Establish a Learning and Development strategy to identify, prioritize and differentiating capabilities strategy across all Divisions, including the right

  • Is responsible for developing and driving a curriculum through internal subject matter experts and external vendors, and an blended learning portfolio and channels

  • Manage the learning and development company plan and measure effectiveness

  • Develop refine and report on all training processes and initiatives and effective communications to support program roll-out and build buy-in and uptake

  • Bring agile and pilots Innovation Learning approaches to life


YOUR PROFILE:

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Organizational Development Human Resources, or Organization Psychology or a related field.

  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar Talent and Organization Development position, in managing Leadership, Succession and Innovative approaches

  • Experience in Learning & Development & as a Facilitator/Coach is highly appreciated

  • Certification in Insights, Hogan or any similar method would be a plus

  • Experience in leading and managing teams, in a global, international environment, with a proven ability to build high-performing teams.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels of the organization

  • Business acumen and customer centricity are a must

  • Flexible and agile to adapt to changing business needs

  • Strategic thinker with the ability to translate strategic objectives into practical and actionable plans.

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.

  • Language: English fluent; a second language is welcome
