We are a private, family owned early learning centre in Como that is inspired by the educational approach of Reggio Emilia. Our service is 50 places and caters for the diverse needs of all children aged 6 months up to 5 years.
About the role
We are currently looking for someone passionate about cleaning and seeking an opportunity to excel and maintain a beautiful 1940s house that has been converted into a childcare centre.
As our housekeeper you will be responsible for thorough cleaning of the whole centre daily. This includes all bathrooms, floors throughout, windows, dusting and helping with laundry. We pride ourselves on having a hygienic centre that promotes a healthy, clean environment for our children and staff.
The ideal candidate will have an interest in becoming an active member of our staff and be willing to openly engage with the children where the opportunity arises.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience preferred but not essential
- Current Working With Children Check
- Availability Monday to Friday for 3 hours in the afternoon (3pm-6pm) although there will be some flexibility with shift times.
