IAM Analyst

Remote / Mexico City

Responsibilities:

• Must have hands-on experience in RSA IGL (Identity Governance and Life Cycle) system
• Prefer hands-on experience in administering IAM infrastructure.
• Experience in managing RSA IGL-hosted infrastructure is desirable
• Experience in generating IAM Reports using RSA IGL, Oracle, SQL, and PowerShell scripts
• Hands-on experience with Identity and access management best practices and procedures. e.g., Identity management, user onboarding, User Access Reviews, terminations, etc.
• Knowledge of active directory user management, privileged account management and experience in Mimecast are desirable
• Qualifications & Work Experience Minimum of 5 years (over degree requirements) of progressively responsible experience in compliance (such as NERC or SOC2), RBAC identity and access management, privileged account management

Qualifications:

• Minimum of a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, MIS or related degree OR 5+ years of relevant experience in assigned area or combination or education, experience and training.
• Incumbents may be required to work a non-traditional schedule including on-call hours on a frequent or rotating basis.

Knowledge of the following:

• Experience with two or more of the following technologies is required: Okta, Active Directory,
• Security best practices for Windows-based and Linux-based systems including authentication principles and components.
• Microsoft Active Directory architecture.
• System monitoring and event analysis.
• Windows Server and Workstation Operating Systems.
