As a luxury Fashion Sales Executive you will be responsible for achieving individual and collective sales targets while delivering exceptional Guest Experience. Responsible for providing expert advice on bespoke clothing, and ensuring support in the implementation of CRM and other key customer and people initiatives in-stores.
Responsibilities:
- Welcome, greet, and provide excellent customer service in a genuine and friendly manner to every customer who visits the store
- Collect data on customer behavior, top sellers, slow movers which will be key input for business reviews
- Achieve company sales targets by motivating and managing the team and apply various marketing policies. positively contribute to the store sales performance by actively recognizing and pursuing sales opportunities
- Participate in visual merchandising, inventory/stock management, and aftersales procedures
- supervise sales transactions, receive payments, handle exchanges/refunds
- Ensure all customer inquiries and complaints are handled promptly and in a professional way and escalated to management if needed
- Ensure adherence to VM guidelines and Standard operating procedures (SOPs)
- Endorse relevant training and comply with the company’s operational standards and procedures.
Requirements:

- Previous experience in customer facing role, luxury Fashion Retail or Hospitality
- Fashion Design Diploma or Degree is an advantage
- Knowledge of Fabric, Cuts and Silhouettes is preferred
- Up to Date on Fashion Trends and Styles
- Strong sales and customer service skills to ensure flawless customer experience – in person, over the phone, and through email
- Excellent communication skills and hospitality preferred bilingual candidates
- Excellent Interpersonal skills and presentable
- Willingness to learn and a fashion geek or fashion enthusiast
- Bold, Confident and Dynamic personality
Job Type: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: From AED5000 per month + store commissions
