About the role

Our Marine Service and Aftermarket team is looking for a new colleague for a permanent position as Service Sales Coordinator. In this role, you will be the main point of contact for global marine customers to sell, plan and arrange HI-FOG service visits.


Key responsibilities for this position include

    • Promoting, quoting, selling, and coordinating service visits
    • Service visit resource planning, organizing, and arranging field service activities in co-operation with internal stakeholders and end customers
    • Proactive service sales for marine customers and received customer leads
    • Service pipeline customer handling and management
    • Service order handling
    • Cost allocations, collection and processing field reports and costs


To be successful in the role you need to have

    • Bachelor’s degree in business or from another relevant field
    • Experience from a customer service, sales, or administrative role
    • Sales and customer-oriented approach and mindset.
    • Ability to work in a fast-changing environment with tight deadlines.
    • Proactive way of working and good prioritization skills.
    • Fluent English, both spoken and written.
    • Proficiency in MS Office tools and other IT skills.
    • Positive attitude and eagerness to develop and learn.
    • Active, clear, and polite means of communication habits
