Responsibilities
What your typical day will look like:
- Welcoming and providing a high level of service to store customers
- Informing customers about all our products and services
- Receiving goods, arranging products and setting up the store
- Resolving customer complaints, guiding them and providing relevant information
- Conducting cash transactions with customers and organizing the cash register
- Be a part of a team whose goal is to help their colleagues and keep the store running harmoniously
- Keeping abreast of fashion trends
Basic Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in a similar position
- Very good knowledge of the English language
- Understanding the importance of service
- Customer-first mentality
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Good to Have
Bachelor's degree in Optics & Optometry will be considered an asset
