About the role:

As the Head of Operations, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our organization and ensuring that all processes are efficient and effective. In this role you will lead our Operations teams at DigitalTolk, teams which main mission is to ensure the delivery to our customers such as customer service, assignment team, interpreter community management and inhouse interpreters.

  • Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to improve overall performance and productivity.
  • Manage and coordinate all operational activities, ensure stability and contingency.
  • Identify areas of improvement and implement changes to streamline processes and optimize resource allocation.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure that operational goals are being met.
  • Lead and mentor a team of operations staff, providing guidance and support to promote individual and team development.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure that all operational activities are aligned with overall company goals and objectives.

About you:

To be successful in the role you need to have a fearless spirit moving forward with focus set on growth. You are a people-person but also have a deep understanding of data and are biased towards action. You have the ability to navigate and adapt in complex situations in combination with a clear mind when considering priorities and making decisions. We also believe that you are an inspiring leader who knows how to generate commitment.

We believe that you have:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience in using data and analytics to improve performance.
  • Experience in a leading position responsible for building, motivating and leading high performing teams.
  • Excellent communication and cooperation skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team - you are a team player!
  • Ability to build strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Good project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks and projects.
  • Experience from Operations Management or similar role at a tech scale-up.
  • Higher education in relevant field.
  • Professional level Swedish and English.
